Go on a Plastic Diet? What does that mean? It means not using your plastic: credit cards, debit cards, ATM cards, etc. Try it for just one month
Here's the drill:
1. Think "Cash" Use "Cash"
2. Put your plastic in a drawer or somewhere you won't see them every day
3. Do this for one month.....just one month....it is like a 12-Step Program....One Day at a Time...Just do it for today...four weeks of today's = a month
4. You might want to track your expenses in a book or check register - something that easily fits into your pocket or pocket book - this only takes a moment -
5. Pay attention to your experience - pay attention to what you automatically want to do when you buy something. Notice if you buy something every day. What do you buy?
6. This is a great way to wake up and get conscious about money
7. Remember, "Your dreams can't come true until you wake up!"
DON'T LEAVE YOURSELF NAKED TO A RECESSION!!

After hearing people argue over the environmental costs of "paper"
versus "plastic" during my lunch hour, I'd like to understand the
relative environmental costs of plastic grocery store bags versus
paper grocery store bags.
